Turnkey Installations

Our turnkey installations include everything you need from start to finish, including consultation, site planning, shipping, delivery, rigging, all installation services, and R/F shielding.

Installation-only services

Installation-only MRI services include full calibration, magnet shimming and system tuning services not typically provided by other non-OEM installers.

All of these services are included in a single flat-rate price, with no added travel charges, overtime fees, or other surprises added later on.

  Includes everything you need to keep your system and image quality at its optimum level, including all maintenance, tune-ups, calibration, trouble shooting, parts and repairs.
  
  
• Flexible Service Agreements
  Managing today’s healthcare environment is a tremendous challenge. That’s why we provide service solutions with the flexibility you need while still maintaining optimal system performance. For those who prefer to minimize their cost of service, you can choose the level of coverage you want!
  
  
• Preventative Maintenance Agreements
  Choose the number of visits you want per coverage period, and our engineers will perform all the tune-ups, calibration and maintenance necessary to maintain optimal system performance and uptime. Additional “no-charge” emergency service calls are included in each Agreement!
  
  
• Labor Only Agreements
  Our labor service agreements cover your labor liability for troubleshooting, repair, calibration, tune-up, ACR assistance or anything else you need to keep your system operating at its best.

80% of coil repairs can be performed at your site during PM's without any additional charges. This saves you money and maximizes system uptime. The remaining 20% of coil repairs that can't be fixed on site can quickly and effectively be sent to Viable Med's facilities and repaired at a nominal cost. Add to this our ability to return and fine-tune your repaired coil to match your magnet, puts Viable Med a step above other Coil Repair facilities.

We take de-installations and reinstallations seriously. We carefully package all fragile components and coils in solid hard-sided containers to protect against breakage. Viable Med Services has an impressive list of client references and has become well known for providing the best de-installation services. When it comes to re-installations, we provide the same level of meticulous installation services, including full magnet shimming and system calibrations to ensure your system is operating at its optimum level.
