Flexable Service Plans

Most OEM's are very inflexible when it comes to their Hitach®i AIRIS open MRI service contract options and they very rarely do a low cost option the way we do. Many times when they are selling a system they will offer a steep discount and then make up for it on the service contract - often tying a customer in for up to 5 years.

Below is a typical plan for the Hitachi AIRIS II, just to give you an example of one of our plans.

 

We will also tailor a program to meet your specific needs. For example: parts only, coil only, quarterly and yearly Preventive Maintenance plans, etc.

 

Unlike OEMs, we work with our customers - not against them.


HITACHI® AIRIS II OPEN MRI SERVICE OPTIONS


Standard Options Available:


1. PM / System Calibration Program:
 

a) System Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Image Quality Calibrations and Systems Tune-ups: To be provided on a Bi-Monthly schedule with Six (6)
PM/Calibrations per year performed on the system.

 

b) Emergency phone support.


c) Emergency on-site response to equipment issues. Routine maintenance to be
performed as part of the PM servicing.
 

d) Parts are not covered under this option.
 

e) ACR Accreditation assistance, including all shimming and calibrations needed
for passing the technical component.
 

f) On-Site Coil and Assembly repairs are included under this option for FREE! If a
repair requires lab repairs a 10% discount will be offered.
 

 

2. Parts & Service Program:


a) System Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Image Quality Calibrations and
Systems Tune-ups: To be provided on a Bi-Monthly schedule with Six (6)
PM/Calibrations per year performed on the system.
 

b) Emergency phone support.
 

c) Emergency on-site response to equipment issues. Routine maintenance to be
performed as part of the PM servicing.
 

d) Parts coverage on system components and assemblies, capped at a maximum
of $18,000 in parts costs per system, per year.
 

e) ACR Accreditation assistance, including all shimming and calibrations needed
for passing the technical component.
 

f) On-Site Coil and Assembly repairs are included under this option for FREE! If a
repair requires lab repairs a 10% discount will be offered.
 

 

3. Full "Gold Service" Hitachi Aris Open MRI Service Program:
 

a) System Preventative Maintenance (PM), Image Quality Calibrations and System
Tune-ups: To be provided on a Bi-Monthly schedule, Six (6) PM/Calibrations per
year will be the minimum number of calibrations performed on the system.
 

b) Emergency phone support.
 

c) Emergency on-site response to equipment issues. Routine maintenance to be
performed as part of the PM servicing.
 

d) Full Parts coverage on system components and assemblies.
 

e) ACR Accreditation assistance, including all shimming and calibrations needed
for passing the technical component.
